Features:
Hot-melt adhesive powder for nylon and cap transfers
Unilon Powder is a hot-melt adhesive powder used to improve the adhesion of plastisol heat transfers to nylon mesh (not jackets) and baseball caps, including those with some water-proof coatings (testing should be done for suitability).
HOW TO USE:
Fill a rectangular try with approximately 1/4" of Unilon Powder and pass the transfers through the tray, print side up. The powder will adhere to wet or semi-cured transfers. Shake the transfer or lightly brush the transfer to get rid of the excess powder. Semi-cure or gel the ink and transfer to the garment at normal transfer temperatures.
Melting Temperature: 248° - 260° F
NOTE: THIS ITEM IS NOT COMPATITBLE WITH LOW CURE INKS. Adhesive needs to cure at 320 degrees.
